Please fill in the required questions. Please use this form to indicate time's that you will not be on Encounter because of University or other reasons. While we understand the pressure of university, please remember that Advisors leaving throughout the day is highly detrimental to the students experience. We therefore ask that you only leave when you absolutely have to. When filling in the reason you need to leave please provide a descriptive reason and not just "university". ie. "I have a Tut where attendance is mandatory" or "I have a Test".
